Hi Brent,
My husband and I have just returned home to Calgary from Puerto Escondido. I wish I had read about the You when we were down and we could have met and chatted in person. We will have to do long distance for now.. We are very interested in maybe buying but preferable building a retirement/vacation home. We just stayed at Vivo and loved the community that they offered. I did find the drive to town and restaurants and beaches might drive me nuts. Also – the remaining house lots are not beachfront. That doesn’t really bother my husband as he Is okay with a third floor palapa. The resort is beautiful though. I would love an infinity pool and an ocean view. I never got a chance to talk with anyone outside of Vivo about expat life in Puerto. I would love to hear about everything to do in town as part of the community. Also i’d Like to hear about the real cost of building a home .
Is Rancho Neptuno actually a community? Or just spread out vacation homes with no one around?
I would love to chat and hear what you have to say about the area and learn what else is for sale.
Also, what is the possibility of a golf course in the future (good for rental). And is there any scuba diving nearby?
