The Stay & Play Program exceeded our expectations! During the program we visited many of the neighborhoods, bays and beach areas to quickly get familiar with the layout of the area. We enjoyed going to several local markets and interacting with many of the residents. The restaurant choices were excellent, giving us a great variety of what Huatulco has to offer. And you gotta keep the cooking class with Jane in the program! We couldn’t be more grateful for all of the Bayside folks who made our stay so memorable. The Bayside team personified one of the key values we felt from so many of the residents – the importance of family. Well done!

We stayed at Eleven by Cosmo. It was perfect location and the condo had everything we needed! Great outdoor balcony, spacious, clean rooms, perfectly equipped. We loved our stay there. Bayside was awesome! They met us at the condo (Marce) and made us feel so welcome. We did the Stay & Play and felt it was a great experience. Our goal was to learn more about the area in hopes of buying in the near future. The Stay & Play package was perfect because we were given many tried-and-true restaurants to dine at (small local owners as well as larger restaurants). The cooking class was definitely a highlight. Bianca gave us a very informative tour of the area and helped us set up some surfing lessons! Overall, Bayside took care of everything we needed and was so personal. It was a great experience.

After several months of looking into real estate in the Huatulco market, we decided to do the Stay & Play so we could experience the area firsthand. We were not disappointed and immediately decided that this community is exactly what we’ve been looking for! We were not planning on purchasing when we arrived; but after Mike showed us a condo that was just getting ready to go on the market we knew that it was the one for us. We had an accepted offer within a couple of days and we can’t wait to return to get our new home ready for this new phase in our life. Our Stay & Play experience was what sold us.  We were met at the airport by Brent who made us feel so welcomed right away.  On arrival at ViewPoint we met his beautiful wife Erin and together they wasted no time in making us so comfortable and immediately showed us the unit we were interested in.  They began showing us one of the fun spots that very first evening, by taking us out for dinner. Easy to relax and enjoy yourself around them.  Then we went Puerto Escondido and they helped us rent a car, and took us out a couple more times to some of their favorite haunts, but at the same time left us to explore on our own.  Brent was available to answer any and all questions as well as show us all available units.  The Stay & Play was terrific in that we got to live at the development for a week, talk to other owners and really see the area. The most fabulous way to experience what you are getting. Don’t hesitate.

Cyndie and I wanted to thank you both for a great experience while visiting Huatulco during our vacation. Brent, to have you meet us at the airport for a personalized pick up and a guided tour as we drove to the condo we could not have asked for anything more. The condo at the Mansiones Cruz Del Mar is beautiful and met our expectations completely. The location between Santa Cruz and La Crucecita was perfect, just a comfortable walk into each town depending on what you wanted to see and do for the evening. Erin was so accommodating the next morning by meeting and showing us all the features the condo complex has to offer including the outdoor patio, gym and restaurant right at the condo (no cooking required if you wished). Erin even took us to the bank to exchange Canadian dollars for Peso’s before heading to the grocery store for items we needed in the condo. We were excited to see other condo projects that you had to offer all close to the towns and harbours, we even saw a cruise ship in port one day which was a cool thing to see. You gave us a good understanding of the product, quality and prices offered for different ranges of condo’s in Huatulco. Without you showing us it would have been difficult to find these on our own, you made it much easier. I would have to say one of the best experiences you and Erin took us on was the “Happy Hour” at Salchi Bay. What a fantastic community of private homes in a community setting. To live this close to the ocean is many peoples dreams and the ones we met that day will certainly agree to that! To top we had a chance to spend Sunday or Funday as we like to call it and bocce ball our way around the beach with a cold one in hand! Sunday is Funday for sure! Cyndie and I hope to spend more time in Huatulco in the near future and you can be sure we will call you and Erin first!

We dealt with Brent for the purchase of our condo in Santa Cruz, Huatulco. Darlene and I recently had the pleasure of being with Brent May, looking for the perfect property in the Huatulco to Puerto Escondido areas. Part of our problem was that had not firmed up exactly what we wanted. Brent put us up in the Viewpoint development at a nominal cost and spent the better part of a week showing us both the real estate and the lifestyle of the areas of Port Angel, Zipolite, and Mazunte. We eventually settled on purchasing a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo at Cosmos Development in El Arrocito in Huatulco.
